PURCHASE AGREEMENT
This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to the purchase of the products described on this site. As used in this Agreement "3M" means 3M Canada Company, "PRODUCT(S)" means the product(s) described on this site and listed on the order form, and "BUYER" means the person ordering the PRODUCT(S).
These terms and conditions are applicable for PRODUCT(S) you purchase today through this site, Shop3MCanada.ca (”Shop3MCanada”), and may be different from the terms and conditions of purchase for other product(s) you purchase from 3M through other websites; therefore, please carefully review these terms and conditions before purchase.
Superseding Effect
These terms and conditions apply to all 3M business transactions conducted via this Shop3MCanada. To the extent these terms and conditions of sale differ from those outlined in other agreements with 3M these terms and conditions shall control.
Purchases on Shop3MCanada
Payment of the purchase price for the PRODUCT(S) as listed on the online store may be made by PayPal or credit card(VISA, MasterCard or American Express only) and only via online entry. The Shop3MCanada does not currently support EDI or system-to-system transactions. Terms of payment are governed by the customer's agreement with the applicable credit card issuer.
Products Available
PRODUCT(S) may be added or removed from the Shop3MCanada at any time without advance notice. The offer of PRODUCT(S) for online sale in no way commits 3M to continue to offer the same item(s) or format for sale in the future.
Products for Buyer Use or Consumption Only
The Shop3MCanada provides a BUYER with convenient on-line access to small quantities of a variety of PRODUCTS. It is intended that BUYER is purchasing PRODUCT(S) for its own evaluation, use or consumption only. BUYER may not resell, distribute or transfer as part of commercial activity the PRODUCT(S) purchased on Shop3MCanada.com to any third party. 3M Right To Limit Quantities Or DeclineSale
3M reserves the right to limit sale or quantities of PRODUCT(S) available through the Shop3MCanada. 3M reserves the right to exercise its discretion to decline sale of any PRODUCT(S), to a prospective purchaser. If 3M rejects the order, then 3M will notify the BUYER the order has been rejected.
Sales Tax
The purchase price for the PRODCUT(S) does not include any taxes (including, without limitation, Goods and Services Tax and Retail Sales Tax, if applicable). Because 3M does business acrossCanada

Privacy
The information you submit to 3M will be used and kept by 3M to process the order and respond to your requests. This information may be disclosed to ecMarket.com Inc., Clickspace Interactive Inc. or other similar agent of 3M for the purpose of assisting 3M with the processing of the order. Product Use
Many factors beyond 3M's control can affect the use and performance of a PRODUCT(S) in a particular application, including the conditions under which the product is used and the time and environmental conditions under which the PRODUCT(S) is expected to perform. Since these factors are uniquely within the BUYER's knowledge and control, it is essential that the BUYER evaluate the PRODUCT(S) to determine whether it is fit for a particular purpose and suitable for the BUYER's method of application.
Warranty/Condition and Limited Remedy
BUYER agrees with 3M that BUYER is acquiring the PRODUCT(S) “as is” and 3M makes no REPRESENTATIONS, warranties OR CONDITIONS of ANY KIND, express or implied, including any implied warranty or condition of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will 3M be liable for any loss or damage arising from the PRODUCT(S), whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including warranty, contract, negligence or strict liability.
Controlling Laws
This Agreement will be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of theProvince of Ontario and the laws of Canada
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter of the Agreement and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral and all other communications between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
Modification of Agreement
This Agreement may not be changed except by a written agreement signed by an authorized officer of 3M.
Language
The parties hereto confirm that it is their express wish that this Agreement as well as all other documents relating to this Agreement, including notices, be drawn up in English only. Acceptance of Agreement by BUYER
